Very sweet staff. Extremely knowledgeable and kind!
They wouldn’t let me donate because I was adopted as a baby and don’t know all of my medical history. I am very healthy and would love to help other families. It’s too bad they don’t have better genetic testing on their end. Oh well their loss. Oh also I was hung up on when I told them I was adopted. Very rude staff
The staff were all friendly, and the entire office had a relaxed atmosphere (and no one ever pressured for time, or mentioned any time limit)
