I expected more communication and guidance pushed given COVID-19 crisis. No effective or widespread communication to County other than finding Facebook page and hunting. I hope I’m wrong re: this recommendation. Citizens had to place pressure on school spvr to close schools, holding back for rational no individuals hadn’t occurred, putting more kids, teachers, families and infrastructure at risk.... when tests were hard to get. Their incompetence in handling COVID 19 is staggering. Their continued recommendations to keep everything open (but wash our hands) is counter to everything known about this disease. You cannot be reactive. You must be proactive. Schools only closed after the Governor forced their closure. This health department intended to leave them open, even after infections appeared. Something is very wrong with this agency.
Their live stream videos could work...
I'm calling today, and keep getting disconnected. Have an issue that needs to be inspected!!
