Avoid Elizabeth York. I had a 4:00 pm appointment and got stuck in traffic. Exactly at 4:00 pm, they called to cancel on me. I was practically around the corner and told them my 5 minute arrival estimate was an overestimate, but they seemed eager to just cancel the appointment. When I pointed out their own 15-minute grace period policy, they admitted they have one, but said Elizabeth York (the assistant) "had somewhere to go" and canceled anyway. Dr. Kata was wonderful. She took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly, answer any questions I had, and make sure I was completely comfortable. Her 'bedside manner' was excellent and I really appreciated it. I highly recommend her. The rest of the staff was great, as well. Everyone I interacted with was kind, patient & professional.
I had a very good experience with Dr. Kata. The communication throughout my appointment starting at the front desk to the actual appointment was excellent. Thank you Dr. Kata and team.
