This office is completely inept. I had a visit in May and supposedly was told the wrong price by two different employees. I had even called to verify the amount prior to my visit. Instead of contacting me right away with the mistake or even right after my insurance paid them, I was not contacted until months later. It took less than two weeks for my insurance to pay them. Yet, they took months to contact me?!?! I even tried contacting my insurance to see if they could help clarify and they were even more confused than I was.... read more
