DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I’m sharing my experience to caution future renters. After completing my lease and moving out on time, I was incorrectly charged for extra days of rent. Additionally, my security deposit has not been returned, nor have I received the legally required itemized deductions within the 30-day period. I’ve come back to visit my friend who lives in this building and was actually pleasantly surprised to see this ceiling on the 9th floor addressed. I’ve included pictures of the before and after. Unfortunately, however, it seems there is a still a leak as there are water stains growing where the new plaster was applied.
Was visiting a friend here because I may be interested in finding a new apartment in the future, but I came across this on the 9th floor. Super disgusting and disappointing. The lobby presents the building as well maintained, but in reality it is not. I will be back in a week to see if this has changed and provide an update.
Leasing office staff is very helpful and welcoming. An overall great experience during the entire process, from initial inquiry about availability to actual move-in day. Thanks!
Melee Collins was helpful and responsive to our calls and was on hand to show us the ropes in our Fairfax apartment. Hats off to her for going the extra mile , and making us feel welcome.
