RecommendedI realy enjoy living here, the staff is VERY NICE, and the apartment and grounds are well kept. The undergound parking is great in the winter and in our appartment we have a gas fire place that we love. Definitely would recomend

Please people if you want central heat and air do not rent from these apartments!!! The air never works the maintenance is horrible the appliances are old as hell i have always wanted to live in those apartments and after 8 months there i was ready to go they want service your air conditioner unless its 80degrees outside and then they want to give you a air conditioner unit just horrible for people who have some kind of condition that will not allow them in heat period please people dont fall for there offers its not worth i... read more
I lived here in 2008. Excellent place to live. Before moving here I checked out all the other Apartment locations in a 50 mile radius of this area. Fairfax is the nicest place to live of them all!

I lived here during law school and absolutely LOVED it. From the underground parking, laundry facilities on each floor and exceptionally friendly & attentive staff this place was a dream come true! I highly recommend living at Fairfax.
