The dealer did not have my appointment but becuse of peggy my servise advisor they got me in and did a great job.
Came in for an oil change on my 2024 silverado I purchased from you guys. My understanding with talking to Peggy is that fluid level are checked and filled as needed. Well, my washer fluid was not checked and or filled. This should of been obvious to the technician as the indicator was lite up on the dash. Now im wondering what other items weren't checked. I spent 134.00 for an oil change and would have expected 134.00 level of service.
