While re-roofing my home, they failed to properly seal a pipe. This caused damage to my house to the tune of nearly $7000! I have tried to work with them through Home Advisor, tried to get them to agree to arbitration but, they refuse to accept responsibility for their incompetence and shoddy work. DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS!

EXCELLENT experience with this roofing company from start to finish . I recently had to replace a roof and came across FairClaims Roofing . Stan Gilkeson our Field Consultant assisted with the entire process from the very beginning by being there when the insurance adjuster came out all the way to the end assisting us with getting the final depreciation check form the insurance company. Randy was fair and honest. Work was done timely and correctly. Took them less than a day to complete the work we hired them to do.
Absolutely the worst experinced I've ever experienced with any company. Started a job in June of 2015 and finished the job March 2016!!
