My first time to the FMH ER, I can't say enough about the excellent and timely care I received, from the moment I walked through the doors until my last stop at the pharmacy being wheeled out after surgery. Thank you all.

Just gave birth to my daughter here. She is 5 wks early. She remains in NICU in an islet. The staff has been absolutely amazing. So helpful, kind & supportive. She is my 1st child so this whole event has been bit over whelming. Thanks to everyone in Nursery & wrkn Woman's Center they've made progress bearable. Thanks you Ladies & Sir... Worst billing dept ever. Sent to collections several times before even receiving a bill. Daughter sent to collections without ever receiving a bill and billing the wrong insurance tho they were updated by her in 4 different visits. Their collections dept as well as Cornerstone if they send it there has staff that literally harasses you and make inappropriate comments regarding your personal life. Nothing to do with billing. Completely unprofessional and I have talked to several families that this has happened to as well. Obv... read more
