Very disappointed in the service my daughter received from Fairbanks Foot and Ankle recently. She has been going and has mainly seen Dr. Dixon. Dr. Dixon retired, so we saw Dr. Hubbard the last two times. Both times he was almost an hour late while we waited, neither times did he or his office staff at least apologize for the wait. My time is also valuable and I don’t appreciate making an appt., and still having to wait almost an hour to be seen. I don’t recommend them at this time, and won’t be going back.

The Dr should have at least many follow up appointments or call the patient to make sure is healing well also tell the patient what to expect more detailed
