I started seeing Dr. Heather during the last weeks of my pregnancy and immediately felt like I found “the one”! She has so much knowledge of pregnant and post partum care for women, as well as babies and kids! Now my kids and I see her regularly. The staff is very helpful and friendly with excellent customer service 😊

Dr. Gappert is awesome with kids. She was compassionate and very helpful with my 9 yr old son. My son was struggling a lot with tight neck and severe pain for months and she helped us a lot. My son is all better now thanks to her. Thank you so much for helping us get through this tough time.
The staff are awesome people! Especially Emmalynn! 😜❤️ Dr. Heather is amazing! My 10 yr old will ask when our next appointment is when he realizes he needs an adjustment! Highly recommend!!!!
Horrible customer service. I suggest a different chiropractor if you expect to be treated with respect.
Penalizes someone 100$ for canceling an appointment when it’s completely out of their control. They’ll tell you they have to charge you a 100$ fee for no work done because they’re losing money because of you. Disregards the fact that they have made a ton of money off of me for coming every single week for over 6 months. Really enjoy being a patient at Fairbanks Chiropractic Clinic. Started seeing Heather at 19 weeks pregnant, throughout my pregnancy, and now over a year postpartum. My son has also been adjusted. We love visiting the clinic
