I was extremely anxious going into this procedure as I had a bad experience with another clinic. All the staff was very kind and did everything to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Burns is an excellent surgeon and did a great job on my surgery. His bedside manner was excellent, which is very important to me. I love everything purple and the assistant had purple highlights in her hair. She stayed in the whole time and talked to me to make sure I was doing ok. Professional annual skin exam and biopsy - I felt comfortable from the beginning of the appointment to the end. Noemi was an exceptional Medical Assistant and Dr Carrick took my concerns seriously and answered all my questions. We are so fortunate to have such exceptional medical care here in Corvallis!
I was very pleased with Fair Winds Dermatology’s kindness and professionalism. They gave verbal, and more importantly for myself, written instructions. The appointment time was honored with no extra waiting. Dr Burns and his nurse Leona carried out the procedure quickly and efficiently, with no discomfort whatsoever. The front staff was also, very kind, professional, and friendly. The entire office had the feeling that everyone enjoyed their jobs. I highly recommend them without any hesitation…
