Very quick to respond to emails, even during late night hours. I had no idea what I was getting into and Jade was great about talking me through the process and all my options, as well as answering my questions thoroughly and patiently even if they weren't always relevant. I am in the middle of working with FTJ co for a remake of my engagement ring. I first went it to see if I could resize it, when I was told I couldn’t (because of the stones in it) they helped me set up a remake. I need to shout out to Sydney, she has been exceptionally helpful and patient with me over many appointments. She has been flexible, kind, patient and has gone over the top for me.
