I bought an engagement ring from FTJCo last September. The ring is beautiful and their service was amazing! The FTJCo team is always quick to answer questions and to follow-up on emails. The progress tracking feature on their website is wonderful. They exceeded all of my expectations!
I really loved the wedding band I got here, but I am disappointed to report that a stone has already fallen out and it was not even worn for 2 years at that time. I did not wear it in any extreme manner either. The warranty understandably does not cover lost stones, but as a customer I am wary of purchasing again.
Had an amazing experience with FTJCo, specifically Sonya from start to finish. I went into the process of buying an engagement ring for my now fiancé with just a picture as a guide. Through multiple meetings, Sonya was extremely thorough, answered all my questions and always made me feel comfortable. She was able to bring the ring from an idea to a great finished product! I’ll be forever grateful for Sonya and FTJCo for being so great to me and we look forward to getting our wedding bands here as well!
My wife and I got our wedding rings here and were very pleased with the experience. We worked with Min Seo who was very nice and helpful through the whole process. They have a large and very beautiful range of designs and our rings came out every bit as beautiful as we hoped. I will be recommending FTJCo to everyone I know getting married in the future.
