Edit: in response to the business’s reply… we came all the way from Barrie to be told off. we were genuinely curious, asking about clarification on ratings and certifications. After stressing that “none of that matters”you asked me if I wear hand lotion. I bought an engagement ring from FTJCo last September. The ring is beautiful and their service was amazing! The FTJCo team is always quick to answer questions and to follow-up on emails. The progress tracking feature on their website is wonderful. They exceeded all of my expectations!
I really loved the wedding band I got here, but I am disappointed to report that a stone has already fallen out and it was not even worn for 2 years at that time. I did not wear it in any extreme manner either. The warranty understandably does not cover lost stones, but as a customer I am wary of purchasing again.
