We had the most amazing experience at FTJCo from start to finish. We were drawn to them by their incredible selection of gems which would become the focus of our engagement ring. Sonya and her team were incredibly helpful with such a major decision. She was patient in answering questions, provided a positive in-store experience, and very responsive to requests over email. Not only that, the team went out of their way to help visualize early on what a potential ring could look like and even pointed out things to consider to ensure feasibility. They are a wonderful team and anyone would be in good hands with them.
