I bought a wedding ring from FTJ and both my wife and I am very happy and pleased our experience. I dont know how it happened but i ended corresponding with Robing the co-founder who made the experience more special. I also cannot for get his team, Diba and Sydney who were fantastic as well. Our (mine and my fiancé's) experience has been wonderful from start of finish. Diba and Nicolette were very wonderful to work with. Diba was very accomodating during our initial consultation and responsive with every email and questions after the consultation. It was very smooth process with designing my fiancé's engagement ring. Nicollete was very helpful in store helping us visualise the custom engement ring before final production and resizing once we had the ring.
