Came here almost every day in my senior year and its my favorite coffee shop in Madison!! So many food and drink options. The service is great and the staff is super kind!
Taking orders at the back of the line when folks have been waiting in line for 20+ minutes is so rude?? Why do the people that just walked in get served right away when we have been waiting for so long. I have had so many issues with poor service here. Go to Michelangelos instead.
The staff is nice and the ambience reminds me of what life was like before the financial crisis. The coffee is mid and so is the food. Neither the best or worst coffee shop in Madison. Good for loitering and getting some work done though.
