This Fair Rrogram in El Segundo claim that they was going to help my mother with her loan modification- but waited to the last minute for the house to get foreclosure and tell her to go file bankruptcy so it will buy her some time for them to do a short sale.. After she did the foreclose - they did the short sale and made so many promises that we have in black and white on paper- which they did not meet..
