These guys did great work on two separate occasions. However the owner John offers a ten-year guarantee and I had an issue within the 10 years. He made an appointment never showed up and then never took my calls or answer voicemails.
So Disappointed ! Had an appointment this Wednesday and no one showed up and no one had the courtesy to call to inform that they would be not coming. I guess this is common?
