Shady shady shady! Their business model is predatory- they intentionally give you the wrong quote over the phone, and when the technician shows up to do the job they give you a completely different price for what you asked for. They showed up & sprayed some water on the rug for $75. Called the office to try and come to a resolution and and they weren’t willing to work with us at all, even something as small as a discount for a FULL cleaning (which is what we asked for from the start).
