I looked at the reviews, I had a flood in my basement and before I could explain, they were already saying " we don't cover that " what are we supposed to do when we get denied. Do I have to call the Better Business Bureau ?
I'm giving a 1-star review because when I call with questions about my homeowner's insurance, the customer service representatives are very rude. They don't even say "good morning" when they answer, making it seem like I'm bothering them. I need to call them again, hoping for better service and more courtesy.
