My experiences with Fairs Oaks Youth and Family Ctr were pleasant and their staff are professional.
This location is very good the food why I’m not
I called to make an appointment and I was told it was scheduled for 10am. When I arrived at 9:20am, I was told it is actually at 10:30am. We waited 3 hours to be seen. Mind you my child only needed 1 shot for school. They called 2 families that came in AFTER us. The excuse I got was that they were putting my child’s information in the system and this was after 2 hours of waiting. I wish I knew how awful and slow this place was before coming here for 1 shot. No physical needed, just one shot. I am very disappointed.
