I've been here at Fair Oaks for a little over a yr. Time really goes by smoothly when you dont have to contend w/household issues. And w/people who do their job to make you an your stay here better. "It's been GREAT!" When I came Managment (Gabby& Ivan) were so attentive in making sure I had all I needed an that everything was operational in my apartment an if I had any questions they were available. I love living here
I've been living here almost 6yrs. Never had any issues with management and or any residents. And I enjoy living here. I've seen a lot of managers, but current Mgt team (Casaundra, Ivan & Maria) is by far the best we've had. She's trying her best to make sure we live in a cleaner environment as well as beautification our grounds. Just like any place, it takes time to get stuff in order. We all appreciate her so much. And what they do for this community.
