Avoid this dealership. Pricing is not transparent, condescending upper management staff for a savvy consumer. IIn my recent experience had a salesperson that couldn't even reply to my online request and answer basic questions referred to another member of staff I assume higher up who was rude, condescending and someone who I would never want to deal with. From the moment we walked in to Fair Oaks Lincoln, the staff was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. We drove from the northern suburbs to this dealership as they came highly recommended. Our product specialist Alfonso Castillo was knowledgeable about not only the car we were interested in purchasing but about other cars in it's class. The person that I delt with Dan was rude and not caring enough about helping me He response to me was when you are ready I will be in my office  I have never be treated so poorly at a dealership  This is a reflection on the top management

Reasons why NOT to buy a Lincoln Navigator, and from Fair Oaks Lincoln, Naperville, IL. Bought a used 2023 Lincoln Navigator with 6,000 miles and the out the door price $92,000 from Fair Oaks Lincoln, Naperville on 3-1-25. Since the purchase, every week, there will be insane amount of dust (see pictures of 1 week pile up on the dash board). I've gone in 3 times (almost every week, except 2 weekends of spring break).
