Leased a 2020 Explorer in November 2019 and to date, here is a small list of issues that I have had to bring this vehicle back in for service: 1. Driver side window will not roll up (brought in multiple times for this issue) 2. Brought in for recall on shifting issues. Had to bring back as recall fix didn't resolve issue and valves had to be replaced. 3. Previous issue still not fixed and brought in again for them to rebuild transmission. 4. Excellent service, we bought and leased a 2015 Focus and Fusion from Jeremy. He is really great to work with. When my husband broke the handle on his 2013 Escape, we called John Mazurek in the service dept. and they were great too. I would rather drive a little further to Naperville to see my guys at Fair Oaks Ford. The service dept on Naper and Ogen are great too.

Let me share my new car buying experience with you. We needed a car so we started our search looking at many different models until we decided upon a Ford Fusion. We looked at Honda’s since I already own one. We also looked at Toyota because my daughter suggested we look at them. We also looked at Chevy and Chryslers. We had an incredible experience at Fair Oaks. Sam and his son Dan in the used car department were incredibly helpful and honest in everything they did. In fact, after buying 1 used car one week, we bought a second one the next week! Sam was very helpful in setting everything up for us and was in tune with all our needs....when it came time for Dan to take over, he was equally as helpful! II cannot think of every having a more positive experience at a car dealership!

My salesman Steve was a pleasure to work with. I wanted a 2013 Ford Fusion Energi and I had a budget. I was certain that the vehicle was not within my budget but the Staff at Fair Oaks made it work and drove away with a vehicle that same day. No games and no gimmics!
