Kind and caring – I chose Fair Oaks Estates because of the smaller facility and the more homey look than others, but when I met the administrator I was very impressed by her caring and compassionate attitude. This attitude has carried over to the staff. All the staff has been especially kind during a very difficult phase in my mother's life, and in my life also.
