This park owns it's own utility, or something to that effect, which I was told by Hixson Utility when everyone was getting rate increases for something that only applied to the area they live in, which isn't Hixson. These people have charged their tenants thousands of dollars over the years for water, and guess what I was told, it's all LEGAL!
