MY HUSBAND HAS JUST BOUGHT A VEHICLE FROM THEM TWO MONTHS AGO. THEY ASKED FOR A THOUSAND DOWN OVER ALL PRICE WAS 3000. HE PAID THE THOUSAND DOWN AND ALSO PAID 10000 A MONTH LATER. THAT LEFT ABOUT 2000 OWED ON VEHICLE. THE REPOED IT AFTER BEING ONE PAYMENT BEHIND. THEY GAVE HIM 10 DAYS TO GET IT BACK AND AN ENORMOUS AMOUNT OF MONEY DUE HERE IT IS THEY EIGHT DAY HE SHOWED UP WITH EVERYTHING AND THEY STILL WILL NOT GIVE CAR BACK. THEY SAID THAT HE HAS TOO HAVE A LEASEING AGREEMENT CHECK HAS THAT REFERENCES A BILL

HE HAS ALL OF THE DOCUMENTS THEY HAVE ASKED HIM FOR AND THEY STILL WILL NOT GIVE IT BACK AS A MATTER OF FACT THEY HAVE SAID THAT THEY WONT GIVE IT BACK. SO HE HAS LOST OVER 400 BUCKS IN IN STERO EQUIPMENT 12 INCH KICKER, IN DASH RADIO WITH DVD PLAYER MODE, 20 BUCKS CASH IN CONSOLE, AND THE AMP IN TRUCK. THEY WONT EVEN LET HIM GET THE STUFF OUT OF THE VEHICLE. SO MY QUESTION IS IS THIS RIGHT? WHAT DO YOU THINK?

The best car i have ever bought came from fair deal,still runs great,I wouldn't go any where else.

They have cars that are bad and they lie to you about the problems. They don't even help you get the parts for the car as they lie to you and tell you when you are looking at the cars. They only want the money and don't care about the service.

I was going to buy a car from there. On tv it seems real reasonable, but since I see people on here complainging about this car company. I rather not deal with them.

Fair deal is the kind of car dealership that will end up making you want to commit a violent act against them.The owner is a arrogant,ignorant a$$hole, that conducts his business like a pimp!!They are sooo unprofessional and crass, it isn't even funny! The only time the entire staff isn't lying to you is when their mouths aren't moving. If you aren't stupid and dont like throwing your $ away,then you'll avoid this place like the plague.

FAIR DEALS IS HORRIBLE AND THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE. tHEY SAY THEY ARE GONNA WORK WITH YOU BUT THEY DONT. tHEY JUST WNT YOUR MONEY SO IF YOU ARE READING THIS PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE. yOU WILL BE SORRY. i BOUGHT A CAR FROM THEM AND ITS EEN PROBLEMS WITH IT SINCE DAY ONE. i REFUSE TO PAY ANYMORE CAR NOTE ON THAT CAR. i EVEN TRIED TO PAY SOMEHIN BUT THE WOMAN TOLD ME ITS ONLY HELPS YOU OUT NOT FAIR DEALS. tHEY ARE A RIP OFF. i WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!!!

Fair deal sucks. All they do is rip people off that cannot afford to or do not have the credit to buy a car from a reputable car lot. They say they will help you and that the cars they sale are in good condition so that you will buy the car. The cars fall apart as soon as you drive off the lot. They will call and call if you are one day late with payments yet they will not answer their phone if your are complaining about the car falling apart. I had a friend that purchased a car from this place and 2 days later, the car started making noise and the eletrical system went out shortly after. She has been trying to get this resolved but, they are giving her a hard time. Their name shouldn't be fair deal it should be wrong deal. I am looking to buy a car now and i heard that Emmons Motors was great, wish i would have known this before my friend bought her car from Wrong Deal. FYI
