This complex is okay. I was staying here for 7 months with family and friends but if your not on a lease or if the people are on section 8 they threaten eviction not cool but nice and quiet and everything is included. And seems cheap but needs alot of fixer uppers!

I have lived here for 3 years and currently my water pressure is a slow stream. It takes ages to fill the sink to do dishes. My water in the shower is so hot it will melt your skin. You literally have to have the hot water so low that it seems like you are turning it off. I'm looking for a new place to live because this is ridiculous. I have waited for a 3 bedroom apartment to come available but instead of moving me into it, they get a new family into it. I'm so over it! I really love living here,it's very close to alot of things.
I am currently living here and it is overrun with potheads and bad people. I wish I could move out of here soon because I don't think this is a safe neighborhood for my children.
Now its went down but I really loved living there in 2011-2013. Now they don't even care anymore with the new owners. But Mary is the best....
