Placed and order for 2 refill cartridges and paid with PayPal. I didn’t receive a email confirmation and saw on PayPal that I was paid. I called customer service and they have no record of me ordering. Didn’t seem like they wanted to bother with me and was told to contact PayPal. Not much service! Now waiting for PayPal to call me back. Big hassle over $20. I won’t be shopping there any longer.
