My family has been trying to get our AC unit repaired through this company for nearly a year with no success. Phone calls are rarely returned, it’s nearly impossible to reach anyone, and at times our numbers have even been blocked. We’ve been given multiple promises that someone would come out to inspect or repair the unit, but those appointments never happened. They installed duct and ac at my home that I worked hard to save up to buy ,old but mine and my kids . So I didn’t get it serviced prior to the first summer..two months into it I came home to water damage in my dinning room ceiling, due to water condensation that is created and making its way to the ducting from a panel that is suppose to block it from going over but falling into the drip pan?! Joel was wonderful! You could tell that he knew exactly what needed to be done to fix our air conditioning unit. He was here earlier than expected, which we appreciated!, and incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for taking the time to go up into the hot crawl space! Had to pay the price of our homeowners insurance deductible of $95.
This company came through after my home warranty sent someone else first, but they never showed up. Great customer service and got things done right away. I was with no heating for over one month until they came through and they were able to get everything done with an under a week. They were probably able to get it done within a day but due to being under home warranty we have to wait for our home warranty service to get things completed, but I would highly recommend even if you don’t have a home warranty to Check them out ... read more
Home warranty assigned this company to repair my heater. Had a tech come to my house today, Ivan was a good help! Very friendly, professional and gave me good advice. I feel comfortable proceeding the servicing of my heater with this company based off the interaction with Ivan.
