Not sure how my review was deleted I was notified from someone. I sure didn’t deleted. I will share half of the nightmare I had with this company and strongly wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Job all completed after who knows how many months and still didn't get my filter they took and keep telling me it's a custom filter which I already know that and shouldn't be hard to order after three months. My hvac recently had some issues it was not cooling and it was making a weird noise. I called Fahrenheit and had a tech come out fast. He was professional, great communication skills and fixed my issue same day. I would recommend Fahrenheit for anyone that needs their issues fixed at a fast speed!
Thank you to Fahrenheit Heating and Cooling for helping out my parents qualify for a brand new A/C unit . They didn’t have to come out of pocket and qualified for low monthly payments since they are on a fix income .
Fast to take your money ! My unit is about 4 months old and I haven’t been able to use the heater without breaking every week. Said it came with defects from the manufacture. I ask for them to replace the unit since is under warranty and they refuse. They said it can be fix. I have to call them every week to fix something new! Poor poor service !
Great customer service and very communicative. I called on a Saturday and they were out Monday morning. Cost was reasonable. Ill definitely call again and recommend to all
