This company came through after my home warranty sent someone else first, but they never showed up. Great customer service and got things done right away. I was with no heating for over one month until they came through and they were able to get everything done with an under a week. They were probably able to get it done within a day but due to being under home warranty we have to wait for our home warranty service to get things completed, but I would highly recommend even if you don’t have a home warranty to Check them out ... read more

Do NOT use this heating and cooling company. They are not good at what they do and completely unprofessional. For two weeks I’ve been trying to get this issue handled. They don’t answer their phone, don’t return calls, and don’t follow through on what they say. When they finally showed up, they barely checked anything and claimed “nothing is wrong,” even though the problem is clearly still happening. IMPORTANT‼️ This company has the worst customer service (MARIA) never answer their phones Voicemail is full and CANT leave messages. They set appointments and cancel after I’ve taken days off of work for them. highly recommend NOT to call them. If you do call expect them to reschedule and forfeit Days pay at work for a dishonest company NOT WORTH IT‼️

My Home Warranty Company contacted them to schedule my appointment. They were supposed to reach out to me within 48 hrs. I had to contact them and schedule an appointment. They did not show up at the scheduled time so I called and was told the appointment prior to mine was taking longer than expected and was told that the technician would be there later in the afternoon. Home warranty assigned this company to repair my heater. Had a tech come to my house today, Ivan was a good help! Very friendly, professional and gave me good advice. I feel comfortable proceeding the servicing of my heater with this company based off the interaction with Ivan.
