He fully explained what my A/C problem was, what needed to be done, and also recommended and explained an additional service item - which I agreed to that would prevent future issues! ... Additionally, he mentioned a service contract for two maintenance visits for a year at a very reasonable price .... which I signed up for ... this will ensure my A/C unit will be maintained to alleviate future issues! ...
