I would like to thank this incredible establishment with their amazing staff!!! I dine here frequently for business dinners and my clients are always impressed by the impeccable service, delicious food and vast knowledge of the staff!!! I have entertained customers from cities like NY, Chicago, LA, etc and I always bring them here because of the consistency and all around amazing experience. UNACCEPTABLE: You had a customer tell you that she was allergic to peanuts and not only did you not care (because you fed her peanuts) but you also charged her credit card while she was using her epi pen and her husband was dialing 911. AND now you refuse to refund the bill of their "meal"? I repeat: UNACCEPTABLE.
By far one of my favorite restaurants in Cleveland. Amazing food, great staff and overall awesome experience.
Extremely poor customer service and a blatant disregard for the health and safety of their guests. Nearly killed a good friend by serving her something she's allergic to - despite being informed of it beforehand. Now they refuse to refund her check - which never should have been charged in the first place as she left in an ambulance. Shame on this restaurant for such poor judgement and service!
Rocco never disappoints. Food is amazing and the staff rocks !
Not a fan especially since they poisoned my friend and then have the audacity to still charge them for dinner, while she is being rushed to the hospital. Stay classy.
First time visitor from DC. Ate here on Saturday night and had a fantastic meal! The short ribs were tender and flavorful as promised. Great meal, great service. Will be sure to return!
