My friends and I were staying at the Hyatt last night and made Fahrenheit our last stop of the night. We had a blast! The Ahi Tuna Nachos were too die for!!!!! YUM!!! And the chocolate Martinis were a little too good! LOL
Food was excellent, but the service was possibly the worst ever. Over an hour to receive our food, prepared incorrectly, no satisfaction from the service manager, no apology for the poor service and after voicing our concerns, our waitress pretty much disappeared for the remainder of our visit. Had it just been my wife and I, we would have paid for our drinks and left.
Valet didn't say thank you for the tip and the waitress was awful, literally left before I even got my birthday dessert
Staff are friendly and Chef Rocco does whatever he can to make his people happy, within and outside the biz.
Good food but the service not so much. Eat at the bar and the waiter did not treat me like a valued customer. Won't be back.

Food was delicious but the service was mediocre to say the least. For the amount of money your gonna drop at this place You would expect top notch service.
My husband & I had dinner here last night. The food was delicious & our waiter was great. Everything we had was delicious. I especially liked the Chorizo Stuffed Dates! My only disappointment was they were out of the Apple & Pear Cobbler. Our waiter did bring us a scoop of the Goat Cheese Ice Cream along w/our other dessert choice, the Pecan Monkey Bread, both of which were, you guessed it- delicious!
