We went as a group of 15 food was fabulous, view breathtaking and service staff super... just need Air turned up bit more was our groups only issue, when we left got down to lobby of building looked like there was some kind of issus as lobby gal said was super it and maientance peep got her a fan 💜🐬💜 Lobster mac & cheese off the hook good and even had leftovers ‼️
The view is great if you can get a table outside, which are on a first come basis. We have been several times. The food is not as good as the view and it's pricey in my opinion.
I loved the service they pay attention to every detail they smile and the salmon was awesome A nice flat Rose at the end....plus the view of Charlotte buildings...Super!!!
The only thing I feel they need improving on is their bar staff. Not one of the ladies on the team appeared to be very experienced at either bar tending or finding their way around the bar. For the upscale atmosphere they are trying to give, the bar staff should be more seasoned and not look like they just started working there.
Took my girlfriend over the weekend for her birthday food was good. However I was very disappointed in the poor service. First impression is everything and I will not be returning.

Pros: gorgeous view, good food and drinks, great spot to hangout and have drinks and appetizers, convenient if you're staying at the Hyatt. Cons: unfriendly staff, limited seating on the patio, expensive
View and service were great. Food was fair . Lamb chops were very fatty and filets were charred and not cooked properly. Potato chip nachos were great and salmon was good. We had fun but were disappointed in the food .
Great place for food, drinks, ambience and Charlotte Skyline.
