Fahrenheit has been my favorite Fredericksburg spot for some time now. There was a mishap recently with a rookie server but the owner, Colin saved the day with his charisma and kindness. The food is delicious; atmosphere is warm and inviting. The GM, Jaime, is absolutely amazing! He has a skill for matching the perfect wine with your palette.
