He was very kindin all the aspects that he worked on with me. He sat me down and told me exactly how much everything would cost and how it might help me. His staff also seemed to know the system. He kept updates on my insurance quite often and this helped alot with my cost. The cost was very good for what i got out of my braces. The pain was kept to a minimum as usual with orthodontha, this was a fanstastic feeling
