Every staff member is friendly & professional. It was a quick visit which is convenient. The medical team took very good care of me.
Dr. Alam is very professional and polite and has done an excellent job seeing to my needs, though I have only seen him once in person, he has handled several problems for me through his care team on MyChart. One thing I absolutely love about Dr. Alam is that he really makes me feel like I have a say when it comes to my health. Thank you Dr. Alam, I highly recommend you or any of the other fine professionals at CHI East Lincoln Internal Medicine!
