Dr. Giesler was very professional, courteous and thorough. My wait time was only a few minutes and everything was handled first class.

I greatly appreciate Dr. Hardee's professionalism and approachable manner. I always feel that she is interested and concerned about me as a person. All of the staff provide a positive, friendly and happy environment.Â
As always, never a problem and/or complaint about staff, wait time, explanations, etc.Â
Dr Hardee is always exceptional. She is one of the best doctors I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.
Received a call Thursday stating that I had an appt with the dr. and to bring insurance info and copay. No info on what dr. date or time of appt. I had to call the number the next morning to get the information. Needs to be improved.

The waiting room was very busy, but the staff stayed very professional and courteous under the undoubtedly stressful environment.
The staff seems to be very well organized as far as their responsibilities with team work very evident.
