I have been so sick. Coming to a new doctor had me nervous. Michael was the perfect person to lead me, guide me, teach me the process. I feel very secure. The staff that I worked with at the check in and check out were kind & helpful & positive.
The staff were very professional and courteous. Dr. Kansas made me feel at ease. His demeanor was very friendly and polite.Â
Dr. Melody Denson is such an extraordinary physician in that she truly listens to my concerns, and made me feel so understood, and cared for by her and her staff. She went over my test results thoroughly. I left feeling happy, and content.
Dr. Eric Giesler is a very compassionate, caring and highly intelligent urologist. I feel I am in good hands after the initial consulation. His thorough knowldeg and experience gave much confidence and comfort in the upcoming procedure.
Dr. Melody Denson is fantastic! And Dr. Denson's staff at Westlake is very good and professional, both the front desk and nursing staff.
As always, excellent service, and Loren Jones, MD is great.
