I have the best attention and care from the entire staff. My Doctor, Dr. Kansas is the BEST! They keep me informed of everything regarding my health and always notify me timely of my pending appointments. The care patients is OUTSTANDING.
I tried to delete my answers about triage staff - I didn't see them. Dr. Hardee is one of the best doctors I have ever been to - she is very interested in my concerns and always has alternatives for me to try if I need them. Glad she is my doctor.
I so appreciate Dr. Denson - after an impromptu CT scan at Jolleyville she managed to call me just before I left work and we arranged my out-patient procedure quickly, getting squeezed in before the week was out so I could recover before a cruise.
Neither check in nor check out personnel stated their name. They were efficient but cool. If Stacey, introduced herself, I missed it. I'm hearing impaired and told her. She DID explain what she was doing and presented my questions to Dr. Mobley.
In my opinion the entire process is perfect. Dr. Harde cares about her patients more than any doctor I have met.
Dr Mobley is an exceptional physician. She really listens to everything that I have to say to not miss the little things that matter. She had discovered as issue that other doctors have missed that have made a significant difference.Â
