I was very impressed by the medical service and patient service at my January 8 appointment on Bee Caves Road. The check-in and check-out personnel were helpful and patient. Dr. Chopp answered my questions thoroughly and patiently, and it was extremely comforting after the exam for him to say "OK, I'll be back in a few minutes with a plan for you for the next few days" before leaving the room - - which some doctors wouldn't take the time to say.
