I am very pleased with the Urology team
The procedure went according to the previously provided handout. The nurse giving the shot really knew her business.
The staff (and my physician) have always been perfectly nice and friendly during every office visit I make. From the coffee and the self-serve blood pressure machines in the waiting room, to the easy check-out desk... exceptional.
Physician Assistant was exceptional
the wait time was about 30 minutes longer that the scheduled appt time but the doctor immediately apologized and she was so friendly and explained the reason for being a little late
I couldn't ask for any better service.
Amazed, bragged when I got back to my office about this being the best visit to a Doctor's office that I have ever had, everyone was very kind, seemed very well organized, arrived early ready for long wait, didn't even have time to grab a magazine
