I found the staff to be very courteous and professional. It was my first visit with Dr. Stephen Hardeman. My impression is that he is a very experienced urologist. He is quick and efficient.
I did see Dr. Miranda Hardee for consultation this afternoon. She is through in her review and discussing my case. Receptionist was courteous and efficient. I been seen also by Dr. Chops last year, he is also a great Doctor. This practice is very highly recommended with no reservation. Thank you all.

We think everyone there was caring, open and reassuring. Both doctors and their Nurse Practitioners were personable and spoke in terms that were easily understood. Being evaluated for a potential cancer situation can be both very frightening and upsetting. Dr. Kansas, ANP-C Michael Shroth, Dr. Giesler and FNP-C Gordon Lang listened and answered all questions and gave reassurance. My prostate cancer trip started about a year ago. Dr Hardee was my doctor at the time when I had a PSA test come back bad. You could tell she was troubled by this, telling me was not easy for her showing me she really cares for her patients. She then transferred my case to Dr. Geisler. I called the Urology Team for an appointment with Dr. Hardee and explained my situation: a kidney stone incidentally found in an MRI. The staff was able to get me in the next day. After seeing Dr. Hardee, she requested a CT scan which showed a very large stone. I was in surgery in less than 24 hours. Her schedule was full but somehow she made it happen.
