I’ve lived here over a year and it was great until new owners bought it and hired the same management company that manages Monte Sano Terrace (which I moved from because I was unhappy with the way it was managed). They raised rent and it’s almost July and the pool at Fagan Springs still is not open with no estimated date of when it will be. I called to voice my dissatisfaction and they said they are managing to complexes now instead of just Monte Sano and are spread thin.
