I took an antique wedding band in to be sized down and diamonds came up missing in the engagement ring, the side lattice work messed up and some cut out (instead of sizing down on the bottom of the ring). They put a cut in it that now needs fixed because the ring could break in that area because of the saudering job. It is also sharp on the inside of the ring.

Nora's jewelry is the highest quality and finest goldsmithing I have ever seen. I won't go to anyone but her. She's simply THE BEST!
If there was a no star rating id pick that. I went to this jewelry store to find out my ring size for my fiancé to look for a ring. They informed me, in a smug manner, that they only do that if you are purchasing a ring there. I was disgusted by their lack of customer service. We are still looking for a ring and will definately not be shopping there.

Different rings fit differently. With some rings the exact size is necessary, while other rings can be adjusted. We don't want to misguide you.
