Been trying to contact them after an online order for over 5 days now with not one single response. paid Express for delivery in Australia. No confirmation order received, funds taken from my account immediately and not a single form of contact after the payment when through. Can't even see if I am ever going to get my outfit as NO ONE will communicate or respond to my 20 emails. 0 stars if I could.
I ordered express delivery. However it took almost 4 weeks to arrive. I did try contacting them via the website and through emails with no response. I opened a PayPal dispute case, and the next day I had a tracking number which I received 10 days after order date. Finally arrived, and I was super impressed with the dress!!! It fits perfectly, and for the price the quality is really good!! So despite the initial hiccup, I am super happy! Arrived 4 days before my event. Phew!
