This was one of the worst and most unprofessional experiences I've ever had with a provider. My usual provider with Inland Psych is out on leave and I guess they made a mistake and scheduled me with Fady instead of someone in the same office. I had no clue - I always see my provider via telehealth. Well, Fady comes on the call and says "Are you my patient?" I explained the situation and he goes "I'm not going to fill your meds.
