What did I like about it?: Nothing. Promised on a Monday an appraisal would be done by Friday. Finally got the appraisal the next Wednesday. When the underwriter had questions most appraisers could take care of in 20 minutes this one took over 8 days...Cost the seller hundreds of dollars he didn't have which meant it cost me hundreds of dollars because I'm a nice guy and try to help out when I can.
