I booked a loc comb out service with Desiree Winslow(Sunshine).She is a “loctician” that works inside this barbershop.I consulted with her about the service.She told me that she could provide the service.We agreed on a price of $2000.To make a long story short.She could not provide the service that we agreed to.She wanted to charge me more money and I refused.I asked for a refund.She told me she could only refund me $750.I had to file a case against her in small claims court to get my money back.I was awarded a judgement of ... read more
