I’m currently renting from this company and I will never rent from them again. The only reason I’m still here is because they wouldn’t give me my money back when I asked on arrival. I originally booked for 13 weeks but after getting here I changed to 4 week lan after an incident with one of their employees. They said they would keep my deposit and also charge me a extra $100 fee for changing my stay dates. Not to mention the rent is 2700 a month with 250 deposit.
If I could give them -0 stars I would as this was one of the top five worst experiences of renting or staying I’ve ever had. The apartment that was furnished that I paid $2500 for was nothing like they showed me. It was total bait and switch. The roof leaked three times, ruined my computer didn’t respond to my request for days later. refused to refund or even let me leave. Don’t walk from this group run as fast as possible. Amazing place to stay. Great view. Great apartment. Really easy people to work with. Highly recommend.
Worst experience ever. Stay away from this company.
CUSTOMERS BEWARE. This company is NOT built on integrity. Worst company ever. The staff will request cleaning services and then not pay the company. We've contacted FAD since August 2020 and they refuse to pay our company for the professional cleaning services provided. Integrity is not a priority here.
