I’m honestly impressed with how TERRIBLE this software is. I’ve been locked out of my FACTS account for months, which is impressive considering every other company in 2026 has somehow figured out… password resets! Instead of using an email like a normal platform, FACTS requires a username (because apparently it’s 2003). After finally recovering mine, the system still glitches and won’t let me log in.After an hour on hold, I was told to clear my cache and cookies. They charged a $30 junk fee. My situation is the credit card number I have on file changed. Facts tried to run my card then sent me an email that payment did not go through. I updated their system with the new credit card number w/in the next business day. They charged me a $30 fee. I chatted with them they wont waive it, I called them they wont waive it they then sent me to a manager that never picked up. Money grab company
Difficult website to use. having to login in multiple ways to do simple transcations with no customer support or solutions
This company is horrible! If you're a school and thinking about using them, you'll lose students over using this company.
