Always such a great experience at Factory Tile! Drew and his crew are always upbeat, helpful and very knowledgeable! They typically have a larger and more unique selection than Lowe's or the other big box stores the prices are just as reasonable and the customer service put them over the top. Shop local! 😊
My wife and I were looking to do a bathroom remodel and everyone at Factory Tile was extremely helpful in making suggestions on which tile to go with! Keith at Elite Tile did the install and I'm very happy with how it turned out and I plan on returning when I'm ready to do my kitchen.
We had two different floor crews from Factory Tile. Crew # one left my floors in worse condition than they found them. They were to lay 16" porcelain tile in three bathrooms, three closets, on pantry, two entry ways, kitchen & fireplace hearth. They used terra cotta grout, which I specifically said not to, I wanted dark chocolat brown.
